This session follows an initial consultation and after you have taken your Bach Flower Remedy bespoke mix. In this 30 minute online session we will review and discuss how you are feeling now and what changes you may have experienced as a result of taking your mix.

Often, as we start to heal our emotions, different or newer emotions may arise and from here I will recommend a new mix which will be posted out to you, as before.

Once again, with any Bach bespoke mix you are taking I am available on WhatsApp to support you.

If the follow up is for a child or young person under 16 years, you can both be present during the consultation as you wish.
