An Exploration of your Sacred Anatomy - Dive into the sacred wisdom of your body-mind

This is a series of 75 minute group sessions on Monday evenings from September to November, each exploring what your sacred anatomy is showing you, using the chakra system and timeline of your life as a basis. We will explore using physical and emotional indicators for each part of the body and then journal and use guided meditation to help you to access the information that is in your body that may be waiting to be revealed. In a safe and grounded space.

All sessions run from 7pm to 8.15pm

‍Monday 15th September - Creativity, the beginnings of individual power, the balance of the masculine and feminine within us, sensuality and sexuality

Monday 22nd September - Self-esteem/self-worth/powerlessness - how do we step into the world in our full potential without being overpowering, victim energy

Monday 6th October - Recognising our Heart in a world which is chaotic and often unkind - how can we appreciate ourselves lovingly using our heart energy - and recognise what our heart is saying

Monday 13th October - Speaking our authentic voice, expressing what we mean, bringing our individuality into the world with a vocation which has true meaning, finding freedom in our words

Monday 20th October - Envisioning our future, connecting to our inner visions and desires, connecting to Divine wisdom (nature/universal energy/whatever you call this)!

Cost: £25 per event

Each event may include some gentle movement and/or guidance with breathing to enable full embodiment before diving into the body-mind.
