A four-evening meditation series to celebrate Imbolc
Join us for four in-person or online meditation evenings throughout February to honour Imbolc, the Celtic festival of light, renewal, and the first stirrings of life after winter. Each evening blends spiritual reflection, guided meditation, journaling, and practical intention-setting,offering a gentle space to connect with the light within and around you.

Venue: Rosebery, Cores End Road, Bourne End, SL8 5AL oronline
Dates & Time: 7:00 – 8:15pm on Monday 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd February
Cost: £15 per session for 5 in-person participants per evening, or joinonline for £5
Journaling will be encouraged during each session and between sessions to deepen reflection.
You are welcome to attend any single evening as a stand-alone experience if preferred.

Evening Themes:
Evening 1 – 2nd February: Wintering
Reflect on what is dormant within and what no longer serves you. Allow space to release and rest.
Evening 2 – 9th February: Creativity
Explore what wants to emerge in your life and what needs nourishing to grow.
Evening 3 – 16th February: Motivation
Call in new energy and inspiration. Learn to embody this in a sacred and practical way.
Evening 4 – 23rd February: Celebration
Integrate the insights and growth of the month. Set practical intentions to carry forward.
Each evening offers a small, intimate setting with guided practices, reflection, journaling, and quiet connection. Or join online and participate from the comfort of your home.
