A private somatic and intuitive support journey

Back to Self is a gentle three-session private journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and return to the parts of yourself that can often feel lost beneath the demands of everyday life.

This work is heart-led, while staying grounded in the body. Through somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, breathwork, personalised meditation, and gentle reflection, we work together to uncover what may feel stuck and begin creating space for lasting change. What makes this work different is that I listen not only to what is being said, but also to what the body may be quietly holding beneath the surface, so each journey is completely individual and created around where you are in your life at this moment. Alongside body-based support, intuitive guidance forms an important part of this work. Before our second session, I may draw on a preparatory tarot reading as a gentle reflective tool to bring awareness to deeper patterns that may be influencing your current experience. This can offer insight, confirmation, and a deeper sense of direction within the process.

During our time together, we may explore:

  • your current life stage and emotional wellbeing
  • patterns that may feel restrictive or overwhelming
  • your relationship with your body
  • nervous system regulation through simple body-based practices
  • intuitive insight to support deeper understanding
  • personalised guided meditations and other supportive practices between sessions
  • gentle integration to help you continue beyond our time together

Back to Self unfolds over three weeks, allowing space for each session to gently build on the one before.

You will receive:

  • Three private 60-minute sessions
  • One session each week
  • Audio and video guidance as reminders of your somatic practices
  • WhatsApp support between sessions for gentle guidance and reflection

After each session, I will create personalised support for you to work with between sessions which may include guided journaling, movement and meditations practices so you can continue the work in your own time and begin integrating what has been uncovered during our sessions. These will be sent to you via personalised audio or video. I gently ask that you are able to make space for the practices between sessions as the deeper shifts often happen in the time between our meetings.

WhatsApp support is offered Monday to Friday during working hours.

Investment

Initial session – £75
A standalone introductory session with no obligation to continue.

Full three-session journey – UK clients - £333
Includes three private sessions, personalised practices, WhatsApp support between sessions, and a bespoke Bach Flower Remedy.

Full three session journey - International clients – £315
For clients outside the UK where the remedy cannot be posted.

For clients within Europe, postage of the remedy may be possible and can be discussed individually.

If you choose to continue after your first session, the remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly.
