A 10-Day Heart-Led Nervous System Reset (Closed Group)

A personally guided 10-day journey to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and create supportive daily practices that truly work in real life.

This programme is heart-led, but grounded in the body — combining somatic practices, breathwork, and simple nervous system understanding, so you don’t just do the practices… you understand why they work.

Everything shared is based on what I know to be effective through my own experience and work with others.

What You’ll Experience

Across the 10 days, you’ll be guided through a carefully built progression of practices designed to:

  • Calm and regulate your nervous system
  • Create more space in your mind
  • Build strength and awareness in your breath
  • Improve flexibility in your body and your thinking
  • Support emotional balance and resilience

Practices include:

  • Guided meditations
  • Gentle breathwork
  • Somatic (body-based) practices
  • Reflective prompts, poetry and creative exercises
  • An introduction to the chakra system as well as light nervous system education - to expand awareness of your physiology, energy and emotions

Each day builds on the last — creating a steady, supportive rhythm.

If you opt for the Bach Flower Remedy you will receive this by post in advance of the course, along with a personal affirmation and welcome card.

Support is available throughout via WhatsApp group or direct message: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Responses provided by the end of the day.

Your Commitment

To receive the full benefit you should be prepared to set aside 10–20 minutes daily to listen to the suggested practices. And a little longer to journal or complete some of the suggested tasks. You should have space in your day to be able to engage consistently and stay open to the process. There will be 3 live group sessions of 1 hours duration during the programme so you have an oportunity to connect to the group for reflection and integration.
