This experiential, hands-on course is designed for therapists and others who may be interested in learning more about Craniosacral Therapy. The training emphasises cranial anatomy, techniques, and related skills to help therapists access the wisdom of the body and the cranial field.

• Duration:     2 days (Saturday & Sunday) from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Attendance: Each weekend is a stand-alone course, but attending all three is recommended for optimal learning and continuity
• Places: Limited to 6 participants per class for an intimate learning environment
• Venue: Future Perfect Studio, Aston Hill, Watlington OX49 5SG
• Eligibility: This course is open to all. Those with knowledge some knowledge of anatomy and physiology would be ideal but isn’t essential
• Future training: I will be able to recommended further training for those who may be interested in completing an accredited CST course.
• Cost:  £300 per person per weekend. A £50 deposit is required to secure a place. A 10% discount is offered for participants attending all 3 weekends

• Cranial anatomy and its application to hands-on techniques.
• Integrating the consultation process with other therapeutic approaches.
• Practitioner preparation: grounding techniques, observing the physical/energy body, and client dialogue.
• Cranial techniques for the whole body, including the cranium.
• Understanding the chakra system and its physical and emotional qualities.
• Incorporating ancestry and lineage into therapeutic work.
• Working with fascia and unwinding techniques.
• Practitioner self-care and maintaining a heart-centered approach.
• Yoga-based movement and meditation for groundedness and centeredness.

Pre-Training Support:  A single 1-hour session at a reduced cost ison offer to all potential participants. There is no obligation to commit to the course following this session. It is offered to provide an opportunity to understand more about Craniosacral Therapy.

Post-Training Support Amber will provide support via WhatsApp for all participants following the training.

About the Trainer Amber has been a practicing Craniosacral Therapist for over a decade. She trained with Thomas Atlee at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London (2013-2015) and with Hugh Milne atthe Milne Institute in Europe (2019-2024), specializing in Visionary Craniosacral work. Amber's private practice is based in Marlow, Bucks, and her passion lies in the energetic nature of the cranial system and its intuitive connection to life, knowledge, and healing.
