A 50 minute online session offering support and healing for your body/mind/soul which may include some/all of the following:
You will need to find a quiet private space for your session where you will be completely undisturbed. You should also wear comfortable clothing and have a place to lie down or sit comfortably for the guided meditation/energy healing part of the session. Bring water or a drink to your session and a blanket/wrap to keep you warm throughout.
Ideally, you should take at least one hour after the session to rest and process the information you have been given before going back into your day.
I also offer follow-up support by WhatsApp or email after your session.
Note: These sessions are currently offered on Wednesday afternoons (GMT/BST) but if you are in another time zone and these times do not suit please send your request by email and I will try to accommodate your wishes.
